[2012] Paper on “Assessing the Effect of Requirements Traceability for Software Maintenance” was selected as one of the top papers of the 28th International Conference on Software Maintenance (ICSM), Italy for a special journal issue.

[2011] Paper by Raúl Mazo, Roberto E. Lopez-Herrejon, Camille Salinesi, Daniel Diaz, Alexander Egyed on "Constraint Programming Approach for Checking Conformance in Feature Models" received the Best Paper Award at the 35th Annual International Computer Software and Applications Conference (COMPSAC), Munich, Germany.
[2010] IBM Research Faculty Fellow awarded by IBM Rational Canada in recognition to the research on consistency management which is relevant and critical to their research priorities.

[2002] Bold Stroke Avionics Software Family (led by Boeing Comp.) was inducted in the SPLC 2002 Hall of Fame for Successful Product Lines. While at Teknowledge, I worked on its model-based integration (MoBIES I and II grants).
[2001] Paper on "A Scenario-Driven Approach to Traceability" was selected as one of the ‘best of’ papers of the International Conference on Software Engineering (ICSE) and was subsequently published in the IEEE Transactions on Software Engineering.
[2001] Paper on "Software Model Connectors: Bridging Models across the Software Lifecycle" was selected as one of the ‘best of’ papers of the International Conference on Software Engineering and Knowledge Engineering (SEKE) to be published in the Journal of Systems and Software.
